公司视创新为生命，坚持走校企联合之路，与国内多所著名高校保持长期科研合作。与重庆大学先后合作了《射流通风技术的研究与应用》、《地下公共建筑自然通风节能潜力与对策》、《冷却塔降噪措施对环控系统的影响》、《冷却塔降噪优化设计与应用》等多个科研课题；与四川大学先后合作了《城市多匝道交通隧道火灾特性及逃生救援机制研究》等科研课题。公司现在有各高校兼职博导、教授3名，兼职研究生导师、副教授6名。公司为重庆大学、四川大学的本科生实践认识基地；与高校联合培养研究生，已联合培养研究生多名。

Cooperating with Sichuan University, we have conducted many research projects like "Research on Fire Characteristics and Escape and Rescue Mechanism for Multi-ramp Traffic Tunnel ". The company now has 3 university part-time Ph.D. supervisors and professors, 6 part-time tutors and associate professors. The company is practice base of Chongqing University and Sichuan University and conducts joint training of graduate students with universities.
